1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items purchased during sale or clearance events unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at alphaleukos@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided in our email.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- In case of COD orders, we will initiate a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchange Policy
- Currently, we do not support direct product exchanges.
- Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or style.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- After this period, the order will be processed and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
